CAN I CUSTOMISE THE DESIGN OF MY DRESS?
Every Grace Loves Lace dress undergoes intensive design processes to ensure the perfect fit and feel of each gown. Therefore, we do not offer customisations, unless stated.
WHAT IF I LOSE/GAIN WEIGHT?
We are dedicated to ensuring your dress is the right fit. By ordering well ahead of your wedding date, we can confirm your measurements right before production begins. However, alterations may be a part of your bridal journey in which we recommend having the dress altered by a professional seamstress.
IS THE PRICING BETWEEN MADE TO ORDER STANDARD, MADE TO ORDER CUSTOMISED & READY TO WEAR THE SAME?
Prices vary between customised and standard styles. Made to Order Customised incurs an additional fee due to the customised nature of the gown. Refer to our Ordering Timeframes page for more information.
WHAT UNDERGARMENTS SHOULD I WEAR ON MY WEDDING DAY?
We recommend wearing seamless underwear that matches your skin tone. If you need help to determine which bra style/shapewear you'd like to wear our Online Stylists would love to help you.
WHERE ARE GRACE GOWNS MADE?

DO I NEED TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES?
Import duties and taxes may be applicable in your country. We always recommend to all of our international brides to check with their import/customs department for an estimate cost, so you are aware of any charges that you may be required to pay.
