Claire and David in Vittoria
Claire wears Vittoria to marry David above the Northern California coast, surrounded by their nearest and dearest.
Inseparable from the Start
Just the Two of Them
Claire is usually the one who plans their adventures, so when David quietly added a trip to her calendar, she began to suspect something was up. She was right. As the sun melted into the horizon at Polihale Beach on Kauaʻi, one of the island’s longest and most remote stretches of sand, David asked Claire to spend the rest of her life with him.
“There was a lot of jumping up and down. Many tears were shed,” Claire shared.
Claire wanted the proposal to feel intimate and private. In a world where so much of life is shared online, she chose to keep this moment just between the two of them, with no photographer or videographer.

Vows Above The Ocean
On July 14th, 2026, Claire and David celebrated their wedding at Sea Ranch Lodge on the Northern California coast. Surrounded by their nearest and dearest, they exchanged vows overlooking the ocean, honouring loved ones, bringing two families together and beginning their marriage in a setting that felt peaceful and entirely true to them.
The ocean views were important to them both, and Sea Ranch Lodge offered exactly that, with its organic, naturally beautiful setting and a remote, serene atmosphere that made the day feel truly special.
For Claire, the most unforgettable moment was marrying her best friend, and watching their families blend as if they’d known each other forever. They connected instantly and embraced one another with open arms, a moment she will treasure always.
When You Know, You Know
Claire arrived at the showroom ready to try on every gown and, as she put it, to play dress up. But there was one dress she had admired online and hoped to see in person, and it was the very first one she tried on. Vittoria, with her sculpted Basque waist, cat-eye neckline and our most statement-making skirt yet, was made to make an entrance. The moment Claire slipped into her, she knew. Her search was over before it had really begun, and the feeling was undeniable. As the saying goes, when you know, you know.
Advice for future brides
“I don't know that I'd do anything differently! If I had to choose something, it would be to start looking for your wedding dress earlier. While there are ready-to-wear options available, the choices become much more limited, and it's nice to have more time to customize or tailor anything last minute, if needed.”
